    You can easily dictate in the Spanish language with Dictation Pro. This speech recognition software allows you to dictate in multiple languages. To dictate in Spanish, the language should be installed on your computer. To install the Spanish language on your PC, select the Start button, then select Settings > Time & Language > Region & Language. Next, select Add a language and you will be shown all the languages that Windows 10 currently supports. Choose the language as ‘Spanish (Spain)’.     You can easily add the action rule to automatically rename files after successful transfer using Auto FTP Manager. Use the file rename rules to change the file name after upload. To add a rename rule for your automated transfer profile, go to Profiles >> Edit Profile. On the Edit Connection Profile dialog, check Rename files after transfer on <Folder 2> and click the Configure button. [image: AFMpost6186.jpg] On the ‘Configure Rename Rules’ dialog, click New to add a rename rule. Then select the rule to Add Date and Time to End and choose the Date and Time option from the ‘Format’ drop-down. Once the rename rule is added, finish the settings. [image: AFMpost6186-1.jpg] Now whenever an automated file transfer is successfully completed, the date and time will be appended to the file names on the target location. If multiple rename rules are added, each configured rule will be applied to the filename sequentially.

    You can add a schedule to transfer files on weekdays and repeat the action every hour in Auto FTP Manager. To add a schedule, click Profiles >> Edit Profile and go to Automated Transfer Settings page. Click on the ‘Configure’ button under the ‘Schedule Transfers’ section. [image: AFMpost3618.jpg] Choose Weekly Schedule option and then select the days on which you want to perform file transfer. Then set Repeat after every option to ‘1 hour’ and select time duration for which the schedule should repeat. Click Ok to save the schedule and next to complete the profile settings.     You can sort the connection profiles and schedules in alphabetical order in Auto FTP Manager. Go to the Connection Profile panel shown at the left sidebar in Auto FTP Manager. Right click on Quick Connect, Automated Transfer profile or the Schedules section and select the option for Sort by Name. This helps you to quickly search for connection profiles and schedules.

    By default, Windows limits a broadcast to 5 simultaneous connections. You can modify this number by editing the Windows Registry. This is a little technical and if you are not familiar with the Registry I don't recommend you try this without help from someone who is comfortable doing this work. To increase the number of simultaneous connections: Click Windows Start > Run then type in 'regedit' and click OK. Search for the following key; HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Software\Microsoft\Windows Media Tools\Encoder\MaxClientConnections The default is 5. You can change that to whatever number you want to allow to connect, keeping in mind the limit of the bandwidth available to the PC that is broadcasting from Security Monitor Pro.

    Auto FTP Manager can send notifications for every transfer or just for failed transfers. You can choose to save the transfer report on your local PC or a network drive, on a FTP server or to send it by Email. Lets assume you have a connection profile created. If you have not created a connection profile then refer the help file to see how to create an automated transfer profile. Next, you have to select an action rule to upload or download files. You will see the Save or Send Transfer Report option below the ‘On Completion of Transfer’ section. Configure the option to ‘Save report when an automated transfer has failures’. If you have to receive transfer report by e-mail then enter the email address and mail server details. You can verify the e-mail settings by clicking Send Test E-mail. [image: Transfer_Report_Settings.png] Whenever you start the automated transfer manually or on a schedule and a transfer failure occurs, you will receive the transfer report by e-mail.

    Auto FTP Manager can watch a folder for new files. When new files are added in a PC folder, an automatic upload can be performed. The folder can be monitored for file creation, modification, rename and deletion. Lets assume you have a connection profile created. If you have not created a connection profile then refer the help file to see how to create an automated transfer profile. Now, you have to create a schedule. On Create Connection Profile dialog, go to Schedule Transfers section and click Configure. Then choose the On Folder Change schedule option and select the folder which you want to monitor for changes when new file is Created or Modified.     Digital Media Convertor Pro can repair many corrupted files using the Repair Media File feature. The repair utility will repair the problem and convert the source file to AVI format. You have to click the Repair Files icon on the toolbar. You will see the ‘Repair Media Files’ window. Select the file you want to repair and click next to begin repairs.     You can change the language in which the application interface is displayed in Text Speaker. When the language is changed, the Menus, Dialog boxes and Window titles will be displayed in the selected language. To change the language of the application, click Tools >> Settings.     Digital Media Convertor Pro can automatically start the conversion of your files on a schedule. You can monitor selected folders and schedule your conversion at a specific time. To configure the settings for this, go to Tools >> Folder Watcher. Check the option to Enable Folder Watcher and browse for the PC folder where you keep newly downloaded video files. To schedule conversion, specify the time to start conversion under the ‘Choose Conversion Time’ section. Next go to the ‘Conversion Options’ section and select the output format to convert your files. By default WMV format is selected. Click OK to save your settings.     Text Speaker can read your PDF files aloud in a clear voice. The file formats supported by Text Speaker are DOC, DOCX, PDF, RTF and TXT. To read aloud a PDF file, go to File >> Open. Select a PDF file to open in Text Speaker. Then click on the Speak icon on the toolbar to start reading the PDF document from the beginning. This way Text Speaker will narrate your PDF file. You should be aware that all the text from a PDF file is extracted into Text Speaker. Therefore graphics will not be displayed when you open the PDF file in the application.

    You can use the lock application feature in Security Monitor Pro to prevent anyone from making unwanted changes to the application or its settings. To lock the application settings, click on the **Settings **icon on the toolbar and go to the **Security **tab. Select the Lock application with a password to prevent users from changing the settings under the ‘Secure Access’ section. Set the password and click OK to save the changes. The application settings cannot be changed without a password.

    Auto FTP Manager automatically synchronizes the two folder locations so that they are always identical. The Scheduler will help you to maintain these folders regularly. Lets assume you have a connection profile created. If you have not created a connection profile then refer the help file to see how to create an automated transfer profile. Next, look for the Action rules section and Select the **Synchronize source and destination folder **option. This option will make sure that files present in both the folders are exactly the same. If the files are not present in one folder then they will be transferred from the other.

    You can apply mouse movement effects in My Screen Recorder Pro. Left and right mouse clicks can be highlighted in different colors, so that viewers can easily distinguish between them. To apply mouse effects, go to Settings >> Effects. On the Effects tab, click the Mouse effects button. Check the option for Highlight left mouse click and Highlight right mouse click check boxes. Choose the highlighter shape, color and size. Click OK to save your settings. Then click the Record icon on the toolbar to start the recording. You will see the mouse effects in the recorded video.     Security Monitor Pro provides an option to sound an audio alarm if a network failure occurs. You can specify duration for audio alarm. By default it will keep running until you manually stop it. To configure settings for audio notification, click on the Settings icon from tool bar. On the General tab, select the When network failure occurs, turn on audio alarm option and select the time duartion from dropdown. Then click OK to save these settings.     You can set the time interval between e-mail notifications in WebCam Monitor from the E-mail Notification Settings. To set the time interval between e-mails, go to the Quick Access panel. Click Configure button for the E-mail notification action. Look for the option 'During continuous motion, time between e-mails'. Choose a higher value for the time interval from the dropdown and click OK to save the settings. This will help you to limit the number of e-mails received.

    The default setting in My Screen Recorder is to play a recorded video after saving the file. This allows you to review your recording. You can disable the auto playback option from the Save Recording dialog. When you save the recording, uncheck the Play video after saving option and click on the Save button.
