You can use Screen Cast with the PC software: My Screen Recorder Pro to record your mobile app tutorials. My Screen Recorder Pro can help you highlight an important part of the screen during recording. First, install My Screen Recorder Pro on your Windows PC. Next, open Screen Cast, select the connection type and note down the ID and password to use in My Screen Recorder Pro. The password is optional, and can be changed from the Screen Cast application settings. Next, open My Screen Recorder Pro and click on the Settings icon on the toolbar. Select the Record mobile screen checkbox and configure the settings by providing the ID and password from Screen Cast. [image: SCpost5955.jpg] You will see the preview of your mobile screen by clicking the Connect button. Now go to the 'Effects' tab and click on the Screen Draw button. To see the keyboard shortcuts, click on Test Screen Draw. [image: Screen-Draw_1.png] When you click on Test Screen Draw, you will see all the keyboard shortcuts you can use during recording. Click Ok on the Recording Options dialog to start mobile screen recording. Now, your mobile screen will get recorded along with your PC screen. Press F6 to start screen draw effects then use the respective keyboard shortcuts to make your presentation more effective.

You can insert a different Text Speaker voice to read the heading from the document. This will enhance or make the heading stand out. To add a voice change you can select the heading text, right click and select the Insert Voice Change option from the context menu. Choose the voice from the list. You can download many voices from https://www.deskshare.com/text-to-speech-voices.aspx. Whenever you start reading, the heading text will be read in a different voice. Remember to switch back to the original voice after the heading text, otherwise Text Speaker will continue to read the text in the selected voice. [image: ChangeVoice.png] You can also adjust the volume and speed for the selected voice from Tools >> Voice. [image: VoiceProperties.png] In this way, you can make the headings from the text document more noticeable while reading the document.

Configure FTP upload setting in Security Monitor Pro allows to overwrite the image files during upload. Start by clicking on the FTP Upload icon on the tool bar. Select the camera and click on the Configure Upload Settings button. On the FTP Upload Settings dialog, choose the ‘Upload photos to my website’ option from the drop down list under the ‘Upload Options’ section. Select the Rename photo files checkbox and enter the file name. By default the **Overwrite files **option is selected. Click the Ok button to save the changes done. [image: SMPpost5994.jpg] Now whenever a new image file will be uploaded to FTP server, it will replace the older one. This will maintain the most recent photo on your FTP account.

You can use IP Phone Camera with the PC software: Security Monitor Pro to capture photos every half hour. On your Windows PC, download Security Monitor Pro. To see how to configure actions with Security Monitor Pro, watch the video tutorial Get started by adding your camera to Security Monitor Pro and then select the 'Take photo' action. To add the camera, open IP Phone Camera and click 'Start Broadcasting' to view the URL. [image: IPPCpost5992.jpg] Next, open Security Monitor Pro, go to Camera >> Add Camera. Enter the URL shown on mobile application into the IP address field. Select the Brand as 'IP Phone Camera' and Model as 'Android' from the dropdown list. Continue by clicking on Test Connection to see the preview of your IP Phone camera. If the test connection is successful, the camera video stream will appear in the preview window. [image: IPPCpost5947_1.jpg] Go to the next page and set At regular interval of 30 minutes as the start action. Select the Take photo action to perform every 30 minutes. You can change the number of photos taken by clicking on the Configure button for 'take photo' action. Then navigate to the last page and click Ok to save the settings. [image: IPPCpost5992_2.jpg] Photos will be taken from your camera in Security Monitor Pro every 30 minutes. Screen Cast provides an option to set a password to prevent anyone from viewing your mobile device screen on their browser. To set the password, open Screen Cast and go to Settings. Select the Require password for viewing Screen Cast option. Then press the back button on your device, you will see the home screen. Click Start Broadcasting to see the ID and password for establishing a connection with your browser. [image: SCpost5927.jpg] Next, open your browser and enter the URL from the Screen Cast app. Enter the password and click the Submit button. You will be able to see your mobile screen on your browser. You can use a secondary microphone to capture audio in WebCam Monitor. Connect the microphone and USB camera to your computer and launch WebCam Monitor. Click on the Add Webcam option on the toolbar. The attached webcam will appear in the Camera Model dropdown list. You will also see the camera preview. Your microphone will be listed in the audio device drop-down list. Select it and click on the play button to hear the audio from the microphone. If everything is fine then click OK to save the settings. [image: WCMpost5985.jpg] Once you have configured the settings, right click on the camera preview and start the recording. When you will play the recorded video you will see that the audio from microphone has been recorded.

Use the Launch on reboot option in Mobile to PC File Transfer. Just go to Settings, and enable the Launch on reboot option and save the settings. [image: PCTMTpost5983.jpg] Next time when you start your mobile device, the application will automatically launch. No need to manually start the application. This will make sure you always have access to your device data.

Auto FTP Manager can filter files based on the file size and then transfer the files which are smaller than the size you specify. To do this, first create an automated transfer profile. If you have already created the connection profile, right click on the profile name listed in the left side panel and select Edit Profile option. Move to the **Automated transfer settings **page. Click on the Configure button under the File and Folder Filters section. Select the File Size filter type. Set it to Include the file size less than 20 KB and click the Ok button. [image: AFMpost5981.jpg] Whenever you start the automated transfer, the files under 20KB will be transferred and the other files will be ignored.

You can record multiple monitor screens with My Screen Recorder Pro using the custom region recording feature. To start custom region recording, click on the Record icon on the tool bar. Select the Custom Region option from the dropdown list. Click OK to start recording. Next, select the recording region by dragging the cross hair mouse pointer across both the monitors. [image: customregion_crop.jpg] Both monitor screens will be recorded and you will get a wide screen recording. Note: Record the screen from 2 monitors will work on My Screen Recorder Pro.

IP Phone Camera allows you to see the camera view captured from your mobile device on your PC in full screen. First, connect IP Phone Camera to any device with a browser. To see how to establish a connection, see our support forum : Viewing the mobile device camera on my PC Once the connection is established, you will see the view captured from your mobile device in the browser. Click on the Full screen option on the preview. The camera view will appear in full screen on the browser and the aspect ratio will be maintained. [image: IPPCpost5974.jpg]

You can use the spell tag in Text Speaker to spell out words or phrases. To spell the words, open the story book file in Text Speaker using File >> Open. Select the Animal name from the story book document, go to Edit >> Spell Selected Word/Phrase. The selected word will be enclosed within the <spell> </spell> tags. Once you insert the spell tag for all the names in the story file, click on the Convert to Audio option from the toolbar to convert the story file to audio. [image: MP3Properties.png] Now, whenever you will listen to the audio file, Text Speaker will spell out the animal names.

Mobile to PC File Transfer gives you the ability to transfer files from any folder on your Android phone, including your SD card, to a Windows PC. Mobile to PC File Transfer works with FTP Manager Lite. Next, open Mobile to PC File Transfer on your Android phone, and go to settings and choose the **SD Card **option. Click on the SAVE button to save the settings. Now, note the ID and password to use in FTP Manager Lite on your Windows PC. [image: PCTMTpost5970.jpg] To control the transfer process, create a connection profile in the FTP Manager Lite. Select Transfer files between a PC folder and a Mobile device. Navigate to next page and enter ID and password from your Android device in FTP Manager Lite. Then click on Test Connection to check whether the connection with your server is successful. Once you have created the connection profile, you will see your SD card in File Manager. Select the files to transfer from your SD card to the PC folder. Note:- If you are using Android version 5.0 or above then the SD card storage is Read Only. This means you cannot save files from your PC onto the SD card.

Use either the Detach Camera function or the Full Screen mode in Security Monitor Pro to utilize all your connected monitors. Right click on the camera preview and select Detach Camera. Then place the detached preview at any position on the screen. You can size the detached preview as well. Another method is to view the camera previews in Full screen mode. When you click on the Full Preview option from the toolbar or press F11 from the keyboard, the camera previews will be displayed across multiple monitors. You can configure Security Monitor Pro to launch in Full Screen mode when you start the Windows. This can be done from Settings. [image: SMPpost5966.jpg] These are the two methods to view the cameras across multiple monitors. Note: The detached camera settings will not be preserved when you close the application. You will have to detach the cameras again for the next time and place it on the selected monitor.

The red border helps to easily distinguish the camera on which motion is detected. This is useful when you are displaying multiple camera previews on the screen. You can disable the red border around the camera window in WebCam Monitor. To disable the border, click on the Configure button under the Start Actions section on the Quick Access panel. On the Motion Settings dialog, uncheck the Highlight camera preview border in red color option and save the changes. Then click on the Start Monitoring button on Quick Access panel. [image: WCMpost5961.jpg] Give it a test. Whenever motion is detected, the actions will be performed, and the camera border will no longer be highlighted.

IP Phone Camera is designed to make it easy to view your mobile camera on your PC. To establish the connection between your mobile and PC, please make sure both devices are on the same network. To get started, open IP Phone Camera and press 'Start Broadcasting' on the home screen. You will see a URL on the top, note down the URL. [image: IPPCpost5961.jpg] You should now be viewing live camera preview captured from your mobile on your PC's web browser. You can also use zoom in/zoom out, flashlight, switch camera, autofocus and full-screen features from your browser.

In Auto FTP Manager, you can easily set any folder as a home folder directly from the file manager. The Home folder will be the source or destination for file transfer. After creating the transfer profile, open the File Manager list view. Right click on the required folder and select Set as Home Folder option. [image: AFMpost5957.jpg] Next, start the automated transfer. All your files will be transferred from or to the selected home folder. Using this method, you can quickly change the source or destination folder.

Screen Cast can record the presentation on your mobile screen along with PC using My Screen Recorder software. Install My Screen Recorder on your PC. Open Screen Cast, select the connection type and note the ID and password to use in My Screen Recorder. The password is optional and can be changed from the application settings. Then click 'Start Broadcasting' to start streaming your mobile screen. [image: SCpost5955_1.jpg] Next, open My Screen Recorder and click the Record icon on the toolbar. On the Recording Options dialog, select the Record mobile screen checkbox and configure the settings by providing the ID and password from Screen Cast. You can see the preview of your mobile screen by clicking the Connect button. Click OK on the Recording Options dialog to start mobile screen recording. [image: SCpost5955.jpg] You can use the hotkey to display your mobile screen on your PC screen. You can also customize the size and position of the mobile screen preview window on your PC.

The Timed Recording Option in My Screen Recorder can capture the steps that cause an issue within other software. With timed recording you can record continuously, but save only the last few minutes of recording. Whenever you get the bug simulation, stop the screen recording. The recording of the last few minutes will be saved and you will get the sequence of steps that lead to an error. To perform timed recording, click on the Record icon from the tool bar. Select the Timed Recording Options checkbox and click on the Configure button. Choose Save the last x minutes of recording option. Enter the number of minutes and click the Ok button. Start the screen recording by clicking on the Ok button on the Recording Options dialog. [image: MSRPpost5952.jpg] If you have selected 5 minutes and perform the recording for 15 minutes, then only the last five minutes of the recording will be saved.

Mobile to PC File Transfer allows you to easily transfer files between your Android device and Windows PC. On your Windows PC, you will need to download FTP Manager Lite. Watch the video tutorial to see how easy it is to set up and transfer files. For a quick overview of how to create a connection between both applications, first open PC To Mobile Transfer on your device and note down the ID and password. [image: PCTMTpost5951.jpg] Next, open FTP Manager Lite on your Windows PC and click File >> New Connection Profile. Select Transfer files between a PC folder and a Mobile device. Navigate to the next page to provide the path of the PC folder and the Mobile connection details. Enter the ID and password from your Android device in FTP Manager Lite. Then click on Test Connection to check whether the connection with your server is successful. [image: PCTMTpost5951_2.jpg] Note:- If you are transferring files from SD card and using Android version 5.0 or above then the SD card storage is Read Only. Text Speaker can convert text file to audio format and save the converted audio file to any local or network folder or network path. To start the conversion, open the text file in Text Speaker and click on the Convert to Audio option from the toolbar. On the Audio Properties dialog, look for the Destination Folder section and enter the network folder location. Click OK to start the conversion.
