    IP Phone Camera allows you to set a password to prevent anyone from viewing your phone’s camera. Password protection is a premium feature. To set a password, first purchase the premium version from Settings >> Upgrade. Once you have activated the premium version, open IP Phone Camera and go to Settings. Select the ‘Require password for viewing camera’ option and press back on the mobile screen. [image: IPPCpost6222.jpg] Press ‘Start Broadcasting’ and the URL, Username and password will be displayed on your main screen. [image: IPPCpost6222-1.jpg] Next, open your browser, enter the URL from the app. Enter the username and password to view your mobile camera. No one can view your camera without the username and password.     Using IP Phone Camera, you can easily view what’s happening beyond your local network. To see what’s happening at customer’s place, you have to tell your customer to install the IP Phone Camera app on his mobile device and start broadcasting. The mobile device will act as a camera and you will be able to view it directly from your office. The device should be set in a proper position so that you can see how best to help the customer. To start broadcasting from the mobile device when there is no Wi-Fi available, open the application, select ‘Mobile Data’ and click ‘Start Broadcasting’. If you want to view the mobile camera remotely, you should know the login details from the application. Tell your customer to share the login details with you.     IP Phone Camera provides an option to increase the brightness of the camera image from the browser. This will help you to see the camera image clearly in low light situations. First, connect your mobile device to the PC by entering the URL from the application in your PC browser. Once the connection is established, you will see the view captured from your mobile device. Use the slider to adjust the brightness level of the camera image based on your lighting conditions.     IP Phone Camera provides the option to Start broadcasting on app launch. To automatically start broadcasting on launch, open IP Phone Camera and go to Settings.     IP Phone Camera is designed to let you view your mobile device's camera on your PC. You can use the Zoom in feature to view the objects clearly. To connect your mobile device to your PC, both devices should be on the same network. To establish a connection, open IP Phone Camera and press 'Start broadcasting' on the home screen.     You can view multiple cameras simultaneously using IP Phone Camera along with IP Camera Viewer. On your Windows PC, download IP Camera Viewer. Open IP Phone Camera on both mobile devices and press the 'Start Broadcasting' button to start the broadcasting. You will see the URL on the homepage. Next, open IP Camera Viewer and click on Add Camera on the toolbar. If both cameras are present in the same network then IP Camera Viewer will list all the cameras in the Cameras found the dropdown list. Select a camera, choose the brand as IP Phone Camera and model as Android. Click OK to save the settings.     Using IP Phone Camera, you can easily connect to any device that has a browser such as a PC, a mobile or a smart TV using mobile hotspot. To establish a connection using mobile hotspot, open the IP Phone camera app and go to Settings. Choose Connection Type as Mobile Hotspot and click on 'Yes, go to Settings'. From your device's settings, turn on the hotspot. Press 'Start Broadcasting' to see the URL on the homepage of the app. Note down the URL required for connection with another device. Select the network and click on the Connect button to establish a connection between both the devices.     You can use IP Phone Camera with the PC software: Security Monitor Pro to capture photos every half hour. On your Windows PC, download Security Monitor Pro. To see how to configure actions with Security Monitor Pro, watch the video tutorial Get started by adding your camera to Security Monitor Pro and then select the 'Take photo' action. To add the camera, open IP Phone Camera and click 'Start Broadcasting' to view the URL. [image: IPPCpost5992.jpg] Next, open Security Monitor Pro, go to Camera >> Add Camera. Enter the URL shown on mobile application into the IP address field. Select the Brand as 'IP Phone Camera' and Model as 'Android' from the dropdown list. Continue by clicking on Test Connection to see the preview of your IP Phone camera. If the test connection is successful, the camera video stream will appear in the preview window. To record video from your device, add your camera to Security Monitor Pro then select the video recording action.     Using IP Phone Camera you can view the mobile camera on any device that has a browser. If you have Wi-Fi turned on and you are in the same network as your PC then use connection type ‘Wi-Fi network’. If you don't have a Wi-Fi connection, connect your PC to your mobile hotspot. If you want to view your mobile camera remotely from anywhere then you have to use ‘Mobile Data’. To select the connection type, go to Settings in IP Phone Camera and choose the Connection Type as 'Wi-Fi Network', 'Mobile Hotspot' or ‘Mobile Data’.     IP Phone Camera can view the mobile camera on any browser continuously without any interruption. Generally, the mobile screen turns off after a screen timeout.
