On the Broadcast tab, look for the Maximum concurrent viewers option and select 1 from the drop down. This specifies the number of users that can simultaneously view the video broadcast from Security Monitor Pro. Click Ok to save your settings. [image: SMPpost5784.jpg] After configuring the Broadcast settings, right click on the camera preview and select the Start Broadcasting option. When broadcasting starts, the broadcast URL will be listed in the event log. To see the broadcast stream from another PC, open the broadcast URL shown in the event log using VLC or Windows Media Player. If you have selected value 1 for the maximum concurrent users, then only a single user will be allowed to watch the broadcast video. You can also transmit a live broadcast from one or a set of cameras and configure settings individually.

Auto FTP Manager allows you to set the number of attempts for login to a FTP server. This retry setting is helpful when you are connecting to a busy FTP server. To set retry login attempts, go to File >> Settings. On the Connection tab, look for the On Connection Failure section. Increase the Retry login attempts and set a delay between each retry attempt before aborting. Auto FTP Manager will try to login to the FTP server for the number of times you specify. [image: connection_settings.png] The Keep alive settings in Auto FTP Manager are useful to maintain a connection with the FTP server. It prevents disconnection by regularly sending a command that does not do anything. Note: Some FTP servers do not support the NOOP command and can disconnect even after receiving the NOOP command regularly. For such FTP servers, it is recommended to use the PWD command to keep the connection alive.
