    You can use the Auto FTP Manager Scheduler to watch the PC folder. It can automatically start transferring when files are created, updated or deleted from the watched folder. Follow the steps to configure schedule: To create automated transfer profile, click File >> New Connection Profile. Select connection profile type as Automated Profile and enter FTP details. Navigate to next page and look for Actions Rule section. Select the option for downloading files. Now, from Schedule Transfers section and click on Configure button. Select Perform Automated transfer option and schedule type as On Folder Change. Browse for the PC folder you want to monitor. Select Deleted checkbox to monitor for deletions in the PC folder. Set the waiting time with the help of the Wait {N} minutes before starting transfer option. Now, when a file is deleted from the watched folder, Auto FTP Manager will wait for the selected time interval and start downloading files from the server.     The scheduler in Auto FTP Manager allows you to automatically run transfers. To run the transfer when Windows is logged off, you have to configure the schedule with a Windows user and password. To configure the schedule to run as a service, right click on the schedule and select the Edit Schedule option. Next, enable the option Login to run the schedule even if your system is logged off.     You can easily exclude image files from getting downloaded using the advanced Filters option in Auto FTP Manager. To configure filters, select the automated transfer profile, click Profiles >> Edit Profile option. Go to the 'Specify Automated Transfer Settings' page and click the Configure button under the ‘File and Folder Filters’ section. This will add the extensions in the Exclude list on the right.     You can minimize the Auto FTP Manager user interface to the system tray. This will hide it from the screen. Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the top right corner of Auto FTP Manager. On the General settings tab, select ‘On Application close, minimize Auto FTP Manager to system tray’. The application will be minimized to the system tray when you close it. All your transfers and ongoing processes will continue to run in the background. In order to restore the program, click on the application icon in the system tray.     You can transfer just the files updated in the last 2 days by using the file and folder filters in Auto FTP Manager. To configure the Filter, right click on the Automated Transfer profile and select the ‘Edit Profile’ option. Navigate to the Action rules page, click on the ‘Configure’ button under the ‘File and Folder Filters’ section.     Auto FTP Manager can move or delete the files from the source after the transfer completes. First, create an Automated Transfer Profile. In Auto FTP Manager go to the File menu and select ‘New Connection Profile’ option. Choose ‘Automated Profile’ and click on the next button. [image: AFMpost5581-1.jpg] Enter the connection information, URL, username, password and port number, etc. On the next page you can set the action rules for the automated transfer. Tick the ‘After Transfer’ check box and select the ‘Move’ or ‘Delete’ option from the drop down as required. If you want to move files to another location, then specify the folder path using the ‘Location’ button. Click on the Next button to enter the profile name and finish the settings.     You can select your files and add them to Auto FTP Manager's transfer queue and then start the files transfer with a click. The first step is to create a connection profile. Go to the File menu and select the New Connection Profile option. Choose the ‘Quick Connect’ connection profile and click on the Next button. Enter FTP address, username, etc to make the connection with the FTP server and click Next. Drag the files from the File Manager and drop them in the transfer queue or right click on any file / folder and select the ‘Add to Transfer Queue’ option.     Auto FTP Manager allows you to automatically transfer files at specified time using Schedule Transfers. You have to create Automated profile for auto downloading files from FTP server and then create schedule for that profile. To create automated transfer profile, click File >> New Connection Profile. Select connection profile type as Automated Profile and enter FTP details. Navigate to next page and look for Actions Rule section. Select the option for downloading files. Now, look for Schedule Transfers section and click on Configure button. [image: AFMpost5534_2.jpg] Select Perform Automated transfer option and schedule type as Daily. Enter Start date and time. You can select morning time here. The schedule will run every day at specified time and files will be transferred automatically. When you enable this option, you need to specify Windows password.

You have to create Automated profile for transferring files from FTP server and then create schedule for that profile. To create automated transfer profile, click File >> New Connection Profile. Navigate to next page, look for Action rules section and select the transfer actions. Under Schedule Transfers section, click on Configure button. Select Perform Automated transfer option and schedule type as Weekly. Specify Start date and time and select Thursday as the day of the week for transferring files.     Auto FTP Manager allows you to overwrite the file on the destination if the size has changed. First, you have to create an Automated profile from File >> New Connection Profile. Navigate to the next page, look for Action rules section and select the transfer actions. Set Conflict resolution to Overwrite if date/size is different. Click Next button, enter profile name and finish the settings.     Using the File and Folder Filters in Auto FTP Manager, you can skip the download of large files from FTP server. To configure settings for Files and Folders filter, you have to create an Automated transfer profile. Click File >> New Connection Profile. Select connection profile type as Automated Profile. On the Action rules page, select the transfer action for downloading the files. Now, look for Files and Folders filters section and click Configure button. Select File Size filter and set it to Exclude file size Greater than 'N' MB. Click Ok button to save these settings. Move to next page, enter profile name and click on Create button.     Auto FTP Manager allows you to download the latest files automatically using the Modification Date filter. To download files from the FTP server automatically, you have to create an automated transfer profile from File >> New Connection Profile. Select action rule for downloading the files. To add filters for your automated transfer profile, go to the Files and Folder filters section and click Configure button. Select the Modification Date filter type. Set this option to Include files that have changed ‘Today’ or ‘In the Last’ few hours/ minutes. For example- Transfer files that have changed in the last 10 minutes. Set a schedule to repeat after every N days / hours / minutes. Click Ok to save these settings. Navigate to the next page and finish the settings. The recent files will be automatically downloaded from the FTP server whenever schedule gets invoked.

    The scheduler in Auto FTP Manager allows you to automatically transfer files from a folder when any file within the specified folder gets updated, modified or deleted. To configure the schedule for an automated transfer profile, right click on the profile name and select Edit Profile option. Move to the action rules page, look for the Schedule Transfers section and click on Configure button. Select On folder change option and browse the folder you want to keep watch on. Make sure you have selected the same PC folder location which you have selected while creating the automated transfer profile. You can also set the waiting period after the change is made using the Wait ‘N’ minutes before starting transfer option.     Using Auto FTP Manager, you can receive notifications for all transfers or failed transfers. You can choose to save transfer report on PC or Network drive, FTP server or Email. To receive an alert notifications, you have to create an automated transfer profile. Go to File >> New Connection Profile. Choose source and destination for transfer and select connection profile type as Automated Profile. On action rules page, select uploading or downloading action for file transfer. Under the ‘On completion of transfer’ section, select the Save or Send Transfer Report and click on Configure button. By default the ‘Save report when an automated transfer has failures’ option is selected. From ‘Save location’ drop down list, select the Email option. Enter the email address and the mail server details. Send test email to verify the email settings. Click OK to save these settings and create the profile. To configure the settings for filters, you have to create an automated transfer profile. Click File >> New Connection Profile. Select connection profile type as Automated Profile.     Auto FTP Manager allows you to exclude folders from the transfer. You can configure this setting from the Filters dialog. Select the folders to exclude checkbox and click on ‘Exclude folders’ button to choose the folders you don't want to include. Excluded folders are not transferred.     You can use the action rules in Auto FTP Manager to remove files that do not exist on the FTP server. While creating an automated transfer profile, specify the action rule to transfer files from FTP server to the local folder location and also check the box to delete files from a local folder location if they do not exist in the FTP location. Once you create the transfer profile you can add a schedule to automate the file transfers. The schedule will run at the configured time.     You can schedule an automated transfer in Auto FTP Manager. The first step is to create an automated transfer profile for a PC to FTP transfer. You will need the FTP server's IP address, and the username and password. Once you have that all setup, use the test connection button to make sure the connection information is entered correctly. Next, add a schedule using the ‘Configure’ button under the ‘Schedule Transfers’ section. In your case, use a daily schedule to transfer files from the FTP server and set the schedule to repeat every hour. Once the schedule is configured, it will run at the set time, and the files will transfer automatically.
