Transferring selected folders from the FTP root

Is it possible to use Auto FTP Manager to transfer only the selected folders on a root location? There are several other folders on the server, which I don’t want to download.

Auto FTP Manager allows you to exclude folders from the transfer. You can configure this setting from the Filters dialog.

Select the folders to exclude checkbox and click on ‘Exclude folders’ button to choose the folders you don't want to include. Excluded folders are not transferred.

You can use this option to exclude the folders for both source and destination.
