There are several other folders on the server, which I don’t want to download.</p>

You can configure this setting from the Filters dialog.</p>
<p dir="auto">Select the folders to exclude checkbox and click on ‘Exclude folders’ button to choose the folders you don't want to include. Excluded folders are not transferred.</p>
<p dir="auto">You can use this option to exclude the folders for both source and destination.</p>
