My Screen Recorder Pro has a flexible scheduler that will start a program or record from the internet. In your case, instead of selecting a program, choose 'Default Web Browser' and enter the URL. It will be accepted. Most websites allow you to enter the username and password in the url - https://username:password@***.com/room1

My Screen Recorder saves recordings to the My Recordings folder inside your My Documents folder. Once you have located your recording, you can send it as an attachment using your regular email software. I recommend using the default WMV format for your recordings or if you are using My Screen Recorder Pro, use the MP4 format.

Using the correct recording screen resolution for Youtube will produce video that does not appear stretched and does not have any black bars at the top or bottom. There are two ways to set the correct resolution. My Screen Recorder allows you to change the screen resolution before beginning recording or to record just a specific region of the screen. You can change the resolution before recording from the Settings. To record just a portion of the screen, use custom region screen recording. These are the display dimensions for Youtube: 720p: 1280x720 480p: 854x480 360p: 640x360 240p: 426x240

My Screen Recorder allows you to record your Android device screen along with your PC screen. Use the Screen Cast app on your Android device. This app allows you to view your mobile screen on the PC. You can use it to demonstrate a presentation, view photos and more. Open the Screen Cast app, then select the connection method and click Start Broadcasting. You will see the login details to record your mobile screen. [image: MSRpost4176_1.jpg] Next, open My Screen Recorder, click the ‘Record’ button on the toolbar. On the Recording Options dialog, select the option to Record mobile screen and enter the login details. Click Ok to save the settings. You will see your Android mobile screen on your PC. Once the changes are done, click Ok on ‘Recording Options’ dialog to start recording. [image: MSRpost4176.jpg] This will record your mobile screen along with the PC screen. Use keyboard shortcuts to hide or unhide the mobile screen window on your PC. You can also customize the size and position of the mobile screen window on your PC.

Please use the following instructions to have My Screen Recorder configured for high frame rate game recording: Download and install the Lagarith codec. After installing the codec on your PC, start My Screen Recorder and click Tools >> Settings >> Recording Format. Select 'AVI' video format and click on 'Custom'. From the custom dialog, you can select the Lagarith codec. You can now record high-frame-rate Windows games even on a less powerful PC. For more efficiency, use region recording to record only the window that MineCraft is showing in. Please note that the Lagarith codec will create very large AVI files. You will need to convert the AVI files to WMV or MP4 before uploading to YouTube. If you have My Screen Recorder Pro, you can use the built in converter. If you do not have the Pro version, use Digital Media Converter Pro to create WMV or MP4 files for YouTube.

I have 2 suggestions for your application. First, you can use the My Screen Recorder Pro scheduled recording to start and stop recording at a specific time. Each session will be a separate file. So you can schedule to start at the beginning of the work shift and end at completion of the work shift, creating a single file per day. Second, use the motion detected recording so you are only capturing operator actions. This will save on storage space considerably. Finally, if you want to record continuously, you can rotate the recording files by using the command line options of My Screen Recorder Pro. More details on the command line options are available here: https://www.deskshare.com/help/msrpro/CommandLineParameters.aspx

Yes, My Screen Recorder will allow you to play your screen recordings in a loop. Open your screen recording in the media window and click on the loop button. This is located on the left side of the media player. You can do the same within Windows Media Player to loop your recording indefinitely.

My Screen Recorder Pro provides a screen splitting tool. The screen splitting tool is designed to help you remove unwanted segments from your recording. Select the file and click on 'Trim File' icon on the toolbar to trim segments from screen recording. In the trim file wizard, you can preview the video that has to be trim, use the marker to select the start and end frame of each split. For the output format, select a video formats such as WMV, AVI, MP4, or WebM. If you have recordings made in different sessions, you may also want to learn about joining screen recordings.

My Screen Recorder saves your Tuning settings when you exit. This sounds like you have a permission problem on your PC. Make sure My Screen Recorder is not being blocked by your firewall or antivirus suite. Try temporarily disabling the antivirus software and run the software again. Run the tune audio wizard and exit the software. If you are still having a problem, try running the software as administrator. Right click on the program icon and select 'Run as administrator'. Now try again, make your adjustments and exit the software normally. Your settings will be saved.
My Screen Recorder Pro has the ability to capture the screen along with recording audio from multiple audio devices. If you have both speakers and microphone selected for recording, the merge process can take some time. I suggest the following - Record in WMV format, with an appropriate codec for the type of recording you are doing. For example use the Text and Voice for recording an application and use High Resolution with Fast Motion to record animation when you have a high resolution display. Select to record from either Microphone or Speakers, but not both. The save time should be only a few seconds or instantaneous in the latest version.
I was having the same problem because I had both speakers and mic selected. When I turned off the speakers it took only a few seconds to save as opposed to 10 minutes with both selected.

My Screen Recorder Pro's scheduler allows you to record a webinar at a specific time and perform actions before or after recording. Some websites allow you to specify the username and password in the URL. For example, you could try https://username:password@tv5website.org/show5.html. I do not know the URL you are logging in to, so you will need to replace the TV5website.org with the site, username with your username, etc. More information about scheduling screen recordings can be found here: https://www.deskshare.com/help/msrpro/ScheduleRecording.aspx

My Screen Recorder Pro can record your screen and simultaneously record the audio from your telephone call. You will need a telephone pick up coil, plugged into your Line-In port. Run the Audio Tuning wizard in My Screen Recorder Pro and select the Line-In port. It will record the telephone conversation while the telephone pick up coil is attached to your phone. Pick up coils are available from many sources, here is a picture of one: [image: msr_telephonepickupcoil.jpg]

If you are using My Screen Recorder Pro's scheduling system to create your recordings, you can use a simple command line to remove files older than x number of days from your PC before beginning the recording. Here is an example command line to delete recorded WMV files over 30 days old from the E:\Recordings folder: forfiles /p E:\Recordings /s /m *.wmv /d -30 /c "cmd /c del @file" Change the E:\Recordings to the correct folder name where your recordings are stored.
