It is easy to copy your FTP settings of Auto FTP Manager from one PC to another. First, you have to back up your connection settings from your old PC. Go to File >> Export Profiles from your old laptop. This will create a file ending in .afmp. Here is an illustration: [image: AFMpost4608.png] Now go to File >> Import Profiles on the new laptop to import for FTP settings. Click Next to select the profiles you want to import. Please download and install the latest version of WebCam Monitor to resolve this issue. You can always get the latest version from our Download page. The updates should automatically recognize that you are a registered user. Just in case you do need to re-enter your serial number, you can retrieve it from your DeskShare account.

There are two ways to select the resolution. First, you can check the resolution from camera settings. It is possible that you have set a low resolution value. Alternatively, you edit the camera details. Change the video resolution from 'camera default' to the resolution you would like. Here is an illustration of the edit camera screen: [image: add_IP_camera.png] If you are unable to select a resolution or the resolution you want is not listed, would you be willing to give us the necessary information to test the camera? After testing we can add the resolutions you are looking for. To submit your camera, please fill out the camera request page.

Thanks for reply. You should have received an email from me where I give you the access code to the camera. The HD1080 profile you suggest did not connect to the camera, but the HD720 worked. Look forward to having a working profile. many thanks.
