Selecting a higher resolution from my IP Cameras

Hello

How can I change the resolution? The 3 FLIR cameras work well, but 1 other camera has very poor resolution, although I get HD images in Explorer.

There are two ways to select the resolution. First, you can check the resolution from camera settings. It is possible that you have set a low resolution value.

Alternatively, you edit the camera details. Change the video resolution from 'camera default' to the resolution you would like. Here is an illustration of the edit camera screen:
