Yes, Security Monitor Pro will view your cameras from two different DVR's. Make sure your DVR is on the supported list: https://www.deskshare.com/ip-cameras-manufacturers-models.aspx Add both DVRs and select the camera number. You can mix and match cameras between multiple DVRs. If your DVR is not listed, we can create a profile for it if you can make it accessible online. Please fill out this camera request page: https://www.deskshare.com/camera-request.aspx

Security Monitor Pro will support all the resolutions available on supported cameras. For 3 IP cameras at 1920x1080 I recommend using a Core i5 CPU and a minimum of 4 GB of RAM. Increase the amount of RAM if you add additional cameras. Over 16 cameras, use a Core i7 CPU and at least 8GB of RAM.

Security Monitor Pro is relatively efficient with both CPU and RAM usage. The CPU usage depends on the resolution being captured from your cameras. For a 640x480 capture with 8 cameras, a Core i3 with 4GB of RAM is sufficient and a Core i5 is recommended. If you are capturing higher resolution such as 1280x1024, I suggest using at least a Core i5 processor with 8GB of RAM. You can use the evaluation version to test your cameras and CPU usage.

Click on the 'Make Default' button and it should reset the browser to defaults. Now, try launching Security Monitor Pro and you should be able to click on any support or other links.

Yes, we can add support for your TrendNet IP302 camera. Please fill out the camera support form on this page: https://www.deskshare.com/camera-request.aspx There is a method to enter all your cameras in Security Monitor Pro and view 32 of them at a time. Enter the first set of 32 cameras, and save the camera profiles as a backup. Enter the second set of cameras and create a new backup. Do the same for the 3rd set of cameras. When you want to view the first set, simply restore the backup and you can preview or record from that set. Security Monitor Pro supports a maximum of 32 cameras at a time.

The recording file format in Security Monitor Pro was changed from Window Media to MPEG4 in version 5.2 Most PC's will already have all necessary codecs to play back the MP4 recordings. If your PC is not able to play back the files, installing the codec pack from this location will fix the issue: https://www.deskshare.com/download/codecpack.exe

Yes, You can introduce a delay before starting Security Monitor Pro so your PC has time to fully start all services. Use a batch file to start Security Monitor Pro. Here is an example batch file: Startup.bat``` timeout /t 300 cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\Deskshare\Security Monitor Pro 5.0" "Security Monitor Pro.exe" Save the batch file and place it in your Windows Startup folder. It will wait 300 seconds, or 5 minutes, before starting Security Monitor Pro.

Security Monitor Pro allows you to arrange the cameras in any arrangement you like. Right click on the first camera preview and select 'Detach Preview'. You can now size and place the preview anywhere on your screen. Do the same for the additional cameras that you have. When you are finished, you can minimize Security Monitor Pro and your camera previews will remain on the screen in the position you selected. When you exit and restart Security Monitor Pro, the previews will reappear in the same position.
