Automatically monitor cameras after rebooting PC

I am running Windows 7.
Sometimes it will do an unattended forced reboot such as when required by a system update.
Since it is a multi-user system, after rebooting, nobody is logged in.
Thus the software is not-operational until someone logs in.
Is there a way to get it to launch into monitor mode after reboot but before a login?

If you PC reboots, you can use the free Microsoft utility TweakUI to have Windows log in. Add Security Monitor Pro to the startup group and it will automatically resume monitoring and recording as soon as it launches.
