To play on the Razr, use these settings: Choose the 3GP file format. Use MPEG 4 compression, both for audio and video. Set the Video Dimensions to 176 X 144. Files with larger dimensions will not play on the Razr. Files converted using these settings will play correctly on the Razr V3.

You can change the video frame size of your video files in Digital Media Converter Pro. Simply add your files to the Conversion List, then click the "Settings" toolbar button. Choose which format you would like to convert into. For instance, you can select Custom MPEG 4 or Windows Media Video. Then click on the Properties button. On the Properties tab for most video formats, you are given the choices "Keep Source File Dimensions" or "Change Dimensions". Select Change Dimensions, and you can choose 320x240 from the drop-down list. For Windows Media Video, you can select the dimensions you need from the drop-down Change Dimension list. Some file formats have a Dimension drop-down list to choose from. Select 320x240, and click OK, then Start and your video files will be converted to the new format, and have the dimensions you require.

To back up your profiles, including schedules, just click the Export button on the tool bar. A directory will be created containing all the profiles you choose to export. You can use Import to restore these profiles later, if necessary.

If your networked IP camera does not appear on the list, we will be happy to add support for the camera to our software. In order to add support, we will need to test your camera. If you would like to have us support your camera in Security Monitor Pro, please mail the following information to DeskShare Support (support@deskshare.com The camera's IP address. You can find your IP address here. Any user name and password you have configured for your camera. If your camera is on a local network (LAN), you will need to enable "Port Forwarding" so that our developers can test your camera. Instructions for forwarding the appropriate ports are available here: [https://www.portforward.com/default.htm](https://www.portforward.com/default.htm)
