How can I convert video files to play on my Razr?

I have a Motorola Razr V3. When I convert files to 3GPP format, the phone says they are corrupt. How can I convert video to play on my phone?

To play on the Razr, use these settings:

Choose the 3GP file format.

Use MPEG 4 compression, both for audio and video.

Set the Video Dimensions to 176 X 144. Files with larger dimensions will not play on the Razr.

Files converted using these settings will play correctly on the Razr V3.
