<p dir="auto">Choose the 3GP file format.</p>
<p dir="auto">Use MPEG 4 compression, both for audio and video.</p>
<p dir="auto">Set the Video Dimensions to 176 X 144.  Files with larger dimensions will not play on the Razr.</p>
<p dir="auto">Files converted using these settings will play correctly on the Razr V3.</p>
