Yes, you can do both with Auto FTP Manager. Here are the settings you will need:
In the transfer rules select 'After Transfer Delete files from source'. This will delete the files after a successful transfer.
To only transfer files older than 24 months, click on Filters and select 'Modification Date' and choose to transfer files over 720 days old.
