Does Webcam Monitor work on Windows 8 x64 bit? I am thinking of upgrading to Windows 8, and I want to make sure I can run WebCam Monitor.

Yes, WebCam Monitor fully supports Windows 8 in both 32 bit and 64 bit versions. You can download the latest release here.
