If you contact the manufacturer of the camera, you may be able to get the URL of the video stream. If this is available, you can use the Generic IP Camera profile in WebCam Monitor. Since you mentioned that the camera looks similar to a Foscam, you can try our other surveillance software, Security Monitor Pro, it supports the full line of Foscam cameras.
