        Digital Media Converter Pro can convert to formats suitable for streaming on a website - FLV, WMV, and MP4. FLV is designed for streaming. For WMV files, use one of the streaming profiles.

        You may also want to look at Video Desk. It is a video hosting provider that will help you incorporate your videos onto your website.
