Yes, Auto FTP Manager can start a transfer when there is a folder change. Add a new schedule for transferring files on a folder change. Auto FTP Manager will check the selected folder on the time interval you select. If there are any changes within the folder, the file transfer will begin. To record only half of the screen, you can use the Custom region recording in My Screen Recorder. Click on the ‘Record’ icon on the toolbar.
