You can automatically start broadcasting a live video stream over the network with WebCam Monitor. There are 2 ways to start broadcasting on application launch. The first is to add a schedule to start the broadcasting action on application launch. Another way is to configure WebCam Monitor to start previously running actions on launch. To add a schedule, click on the Scheduler icon from the tool bar. Select the broadcasting action and On the Application Launch Schedule type. Click Ok to save the scheduler settings. [image: WCMpost5805.jpg] The second method is to configure the settings to restart previously running actions. To do this, click the Settings icon on the toolbar. On the ‘General’ settings tab, select Restart previously running actions on application launch. Click Ok to save your settings. Right click on the camera preview and start the broadcasting action. Close the application. The next time you launch the application, then broadcasting action will start automatically. [image: General_Settings.jpg]

WebCam Monitor can upload media files captured from a webcam to FTP server. You can set both PC's to upload to the same FTP server so you have all your media in one location. To upload media files to FTP server, go to the Quick Access panel and select the Upload Media Files option. On the Create FTP Account Profile dialog, enter the details to connect to the FTP server. Click the Browse button on the FTP Upload settings dialog to choose a folder location. [image: WCMpost5761.jpg] Configure both machines with the same FTP profile and the FTP Upload action for all the webcams. When you start the monitoring, the media files captured from both home and office webcams will be uploaded to the FTP server at the selected folder location.

The scheduler in Security Monitor Pro can automate the monitoring, recording and broadcasting actions. It is not necessary to keep Security Monitor Pro running after adding the schedule, but you will need to be logged in to your PC. Security Monitor Pro will be launched automatically at your specified time and the configured actions will be performed. The schedule will run successfully even if you close the application. [image: add_schedule.png] Note: The ‘On Application Launch’ schedule will run only when Security Monitor Pro launches.

Auto FTP Manager allows you to download only those files which contain strings you specify by using the Files and Folders filter option. First, create an Automated profile for downloading files from the FTP server and then you can configure the filters for that profile. To create a automated transfer profile, click File >> New Connection Profile. Select the connection profile type as Automated Profile. [image: AFMpost5521.jpg] Enter the FTP details such as FTP address, port number, username and password. Navigate to the next page, look for the Action rules section and select the transfer actions for downloading files. Next, look for the Files and Folders filters section and click the Configure button. Select the filter for File Name and set it to 'Include file names containing string values'. Enter the words that you want to search in the file name like 'New' and 'review'. Use the semicolon to separate the words. Click OK to save these settings. Go to the next page and click Finish to create a profile with configured settings. [image: AFMpost5726.jpg] Now, whenever you start automated transfer, the files containing the specified strings such as 'New' and 'review' in the file name will be downloaded.

You can use Text Speaker's highlight feature to mark important points and read back only those highlighted parts from your file. To use the highlight feature, click the Open icon on the toolbar and choose a document. Select the text which you want to highlight. Click Edit >> Outline Area. Repeat this for all the text you would like to highlight. Once you complete highlighting text, click File >> Save to save the file.
