You can use the outline area feature in Text Speaker to mark the text for listening at another time. Open your document in Text Speaker and select the text which you want to mark. Right click and select ‘Outline Area’. Repeat this for all the text which you want to mark. Save the file. To listen to the marked text, open the file in Text Speaker. Go to the ‘Speak’ menu and select the ‘Speak Outlined Text’ option. [image: AudioOutline.png]

The scheduler in Auto FTP Manager allows you to automatically transfer files from a folder when any file within the specified folder gets updated, modified or deleted. To configure the schedule for an automated transfer profile, right click on the profile name and select Edit Profile option. Move to the action rules page, look for the Schedule Transfers section and click on Configure button. Select On folder change option and browse the folder you want to keep watch on. Make sure you have selected the same PC folder location which you have selected while creating the automated transfer profile. You can also set the waiting period after the change is made using the Wait ‘N’ minutes before starting transfer option. [image: AFMpost5469.jpg] If any modification is done on the selected folder, then On folder change schedule will be invoked and files will be transferred automatically.

You can hide the Security Monitor Pro from the PC screen and keep it running in background. To hide the application, go to the File menu and select the ‘Enable Hide Mode’ option. Set the hot key combination to hide and unhide the application from the PC screen. Remember this key combination and use it to switch between hidden and normal mode. In hidden mode, Security Monitor Pro will not appear in the taskbar or notification tray area. It will continue running in background performing the configured actions like monitoring, broadcasting or recording. [image: EnableHideMode.png]
