WebCam Monitor allows you to cycle the camera previews on a selected time interval. Each camera feed will be shown on the main application window. To configure the settings for cycle camera, go to the View menu and select the **Cycle Cameras **option. You can also configure the camera cycle from Settings. On the General settings tab, select the Cycle cameras every option and set the interval value from the drop down list. [image: WCMpost5771.jpg] For example, if you select 10 seconds from the dropdown list then you will see each camera on the main window for 10 seconds. In this way WebCam Monitor will automatically swap the cameras at a specified interval letting you keep an eye on all your cameras.

You can use the custom region recording in My Screen Recorder to record the application window. To record a region, click on the Record icon from the toolbar. On the Recording Options dialog, select the Custom region option from the Record Screen dropdown. Click Ok to begin recording. The mouse pointer will change to a cross hair. You can drag this pointer and select the region you want to record. You can also click on an application window to select the region. [image: MSRpost5746.jpg] To pause and resume recording, I suggest using the keyboard shortcuts. Go to Settings >> Keyboard and configure the shortcuts for pause and resume. [image: KeyboardOptions1.png] Following the above directions, you can record an application window, and also pause and resume your recordings easily.

Security Monitor Pro allows you to schedule one IP camera for video recording and another camera for monitoring actions. This can be done by creating separate schedules for each camera. First, add both IP cameras in Security Monitor Pro. Right click on the camera preview for which you want to perform monitoring actions and select the Edit camera option. On the Actions tab, select the actions you want to perform like email notifications, take photos and upload media files. [image: SMPpost5742_1.jpg] Next, click on the scheduler icon on the toolbar. On the Add schedule dialog, the monitoring actions option is selected by default. Enter the start date and time and number of hours to run the actions. Click the Ok button to save the settings. For the second camera, just add a schedule and select Video recording action. [image: SMPpost5742_2.jpg] The schedule will run at specified time. Video recording and monitoring actions will be performed for respective cameras.

Use the Conflict Resolution options in Auto FTP Manager to replace the old file on the destination when the source location has the same file with a newer date. Conflict Resolution options are configured on an automated transfer profile. If you have already created the connection profile, right click on the profile name in the left panel and select the Edit profile option. Make sure you have selected Automated profile for the File Transfer type. Navigate to the next page and look for the Conflict Resolution section. Select ‘Overwrite if date is newer’ option from the drop down list. Click the Next button and finish the settings. [image: AFMpost5738.jpg] Once the settings are configured, right click on the profile name and select Start automated transfer. If the source file being transferred was created after the existing destination file, then the old file will get replaced with the new one.
