The system method was used in an older version of My Screen Recorder. Please download and install the latest version of My Screen Recorder from: https://www.deskshare.com/msr.aspx The new version automatically compensates for many synchronization problems. If you are still facing synchronization problems then you can try reducing the frame rate to 15 frames/second or less.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of My Screen Recorder. To download the latest version, visit: https://www.deskshare.com/msr.aspx To make My Screen Recorder ask for a file name after every recording: On the Tools menu, click Settings. Check the option "Ask for filename after recording completes". Click OK. By default, My Screen Recorders saves a screen recorded file in the folder specified by the selected Folder Shortcut. Simply select the Folder Shortcut to view all screen recorded files present in that folder. To view the name of the physical folder, right click on the selected Folder Shortcut and click Properties.
