What settings I need to record a flash file

During playback, I experience shifts in the audio, the video comes before the audio. I tried the system method for synchronization, and changing it myself, but it doesn't seem to work. I am trying to record a flash file (.swf) at:
PCM compression
22.05kHz, mono, 8-bit
29 fps (for TV)
50 key frame rate
Hardware acceleration off -
The system method was used in an older version of My Screen Recorder. Please download and install the latest version of My Screen Recorder from:
https://www.deskshare.com/msr.aspxThe new version automatically compensates for many synchronization problems. If you are still facing synchronization problems then you can try reducing the frame rate to 15 frames/second or less.
