You can use the File Name filter option in Auto FTP Manager to download files having a single character in the file name. First, create the Automated transfer profile from File >> New Connection Profile. Enter the details required to connect to the FTP server, including FTP address, port number and authentication details. On the Automated Transfer Settings page, select the option to transfer files from ‘FTP server’ to ‘PC folder’. Go to the File and Folders Filters section and click on the Configure button. [image: AFMpost5628.jpg] Select the File Name filter type and set it to Include file names matching the wildcard. Enter the pattern as “?.txt” and “?.doc” separated by a semicolon. A question mark "?" matches any one character, so all the file names with single character will be included. Click Ok to save the filter settings. Move to the next page, and enter the profile name to complete the profile creation process. [image: AFMpost5868.jpg] A profile name will be listed on the left side panel, right click on it and start the automated transfer. The files having names like a.txt and 7.doc will be downloaded. You can also add a schedule to start the transfer.

Use the bookmarks in Text Speaker to get a quick reference to the position within your document to do your updates. To add a bookmark, move to the desired position in the document and click Edit >> Add Bookmark. Assign a name for the bookmark. In your case, you can add bookmarks for a weekday and time. Click the Save icon on the tool bar to save the file. Whenever you want to change the time and weekday in your text document, open it in Text Speaker and click Edit >> Go to Bookmark. Choose a bookmark from the dropdown. Update the weekday and time, and click Speak >> Convert Current File to Audio. [image: TSpost5863.jpg] If you want to change a particular section in the text file regularly, you can use bookmarks to quickly move to that section.

Security Monitor Pro has a copy function that will allow you to copy the action settings from one camera to your other cameras. To configure monitoring actions, right click on any camera preview and select the Edit Camera option. On the Actions tab, configure the actions you want and save your changes. For the other cameras, open the Actions tab and look for the Copy action settings from option. Select the camera from the drop down list for which you have configured the actions. Click the Copy button and confirm the copy settings action. All actions configured for the selected camera will be copied. Repeat this for all the remaining cameras. [image: SMPpost5860.jpg] In this way, you can configure monitoring actions for all cameras without configuring the actions for each camera.
