How do I start dictating after training is complete?

I have done the "voice training" and all the other stuff and I still can't get it to do anything. I have clicked the microphone icon, but it is not working, is there anything I should do?

Some microphones may not reset correctly after training. When training is completed, exit from Dictation Pro and restart it. Click on the microphone icon in the toolbar to turn on the microphone and then begin dictating.
