I have done the "voice training" and all the other stuff and I still can't get it to do anything. I have clicked the microphone icon, but it is not working, is there anything I should do?

We are Using the Auto FTP 5.2, and have scheduled a couple of jobs but the challenge we are facing is we can not schedule jobs using service accounts as there is no provision to change the user in the windows Username failed as it takes the logged in user by default.
