How many people can be watching the internet broadcast camera feed remotely at any given time? Can I control the number of people that are watching?

You can control the number of simultaneous viewers in WebCam Monitor. Click on Tools >> Options >> Remote Monitoring and click the 'Configure' button for Broadcasting. Set the maximum number of concurrent viewers allowed.
Each simultaneous viewer uses bandwidth on your internet connection. Make sure you have adequate bandwidth for the maximum number of viewers you allow.
