Click on Tools >> Options >> Remote Monitoring and click the 'Configure' button for Broadcasting. Set the maximum number of concurrent viewers allowed.

Each simultaneous viewer uses bandwidth on your internet connection. Make sure you have adequate bandwidth for the maximum number of viewers you allow.
