Is there any way to do this through the Windows Media Player on my Treo 700w? There isn't an "Open URL".

Windows Media Player Mobile can play WebCam Monitor broadcasts. To open a URL

1.Tap Start >> Programs >> Windows Media.
2.If you do not see the Library screen, tap Menu >> Library.
3.Tap Menu >> Open URL.

To view the video on a mobile phone, you must enable port forwarding on your router. We have published an article on this subject, Configuring Your PC for Internet Broadcasting.
