To open a URL</p>
<p dir="auto">1.Tap Start &gt;&gt; Programs &gt;&gt; Windows Media.<br />
2.If you do not see the Library screen, tap Menu &gt;&gt; Library.<br />
3.Tap Menu &gt;&gt; Open URL.</p>
<p dir="auto">To view the video on a mobile phone, you must enable port forwarding on your router.
