You might be facing this problem because the streamed video has higher bit-rate as compared to the internet speed available to you. If you are monitoring a live stream over the internet from your remote computer then select a profile with bit-rate lower than the internet connection speed available to either of the two computers. To select a different profile: On the Tools menu, click on Options. Click on the Remote Monitoring tab. Click Configure under Streaming and select the Profile from the drop down list provided.
