WebCam Monitor has a flexible broadcasting control. Increasing the bit-rate for the broadcast will give you a better quality remote live view. Click Tools >> Options >> Remote Monitoring >> Broadcasting >> Configure. Change the profile to 'Video for broadband NTSC (768Kbps)'. You will now have a clear live view of your camera.
