To write your video files to a DVD for viewing a TV or DVD player:
Convert the video files to MPEG-2 NTSC (US) or MPEG-2 PAL (Europe).
Use any third-party DVD burning software like "Nero Vision" to write the MPEG-2 files to a DVD disk. You must select to make a "Video DVD" (not a "Data DVD").
Now you can view the DVD on any DVD player.
