      Yes, Digital Media Converter Pro can help you remove the audio from your video. Add your media to the conversion list, select the format you would like to convert to and then choose "Effects" from the toolbar. Change the volume level to zero and perform the conversion. You can now dub over the audio in any video editor.

      Security Monitor Pro will work inside Terminal Server, but it is not recommended. The issue you describe is because of user account permissions. Run the installation again as an administrator, then restore the cameras. This will make the cameras accessible for the other user accounts that login.
