A DVD burning software will subject the DVD format file (MPEG 2) produced by Digital Media Converter to a compression process before actually writing the file to the DVD.
A DVD format file will fit in the DVD disk if:
The DVD format file is in standard MPEG 2 NTSC or PAL
The duration (not the size) of the DVD format file is less than that the DVD disk can hold
Note:
When burning to a DVD disk, make sure that you select "DVD video" and not data DVD. DVD videos are the underlying read format for a DVD player.
