FTP profiles in Auto FTP Manager can be set individually for a passive mode or active mode connection. To set a profile to active mode - edit your profile and select the tab with the FTP address and un-check the box that says 'Use Passive Mode' Make sure you are using the latest version of Auto FTP Manager.
