It sounds like you have the FTP upload settings configured correctly in WebCam Monitor. You will need to click Tools >> Start FTP Upload to begin the FTP uploads. If there are any files in the queue, they will be uploaded. New recordings will be uploaded on the schedule you have configured, either immediately or every xx minutes.
