Yes, WebCam Monitor can simultaneously take photos and videos from multiple webcams. Add both cameras in WebCam Monitor. Select Take Photo and Video recording action from Quick Access for each camera. Using the 'Configure...' button you can adjust the image quality and number of images to capture. You can also add a schedule to start monitoring on both cameras.
