In Auto FTP Manager, you can transfer recently updated files based on modification date and time with the help of File filters. To configure the settings for filters, you have to create an automated transfer profile. Click File >> New Connection Profile. Select connection profile type as Automated Profile. [image: AFMpost5521.jpg] On the next page, enter all the FTP server details required to establish a connection. On the Action rules page, select the transfer action. Click on the Configure button under the ‘File and Folder Filters’ section and select Modification date filter type. Set it to Include files that have changed In the last 1 hour. Click Ok to save these settings. Navigate to next page and create the profile. [image: AFMpost5431.jpg] Whenever the automated transfer is performed, only the files that have changed within last 1 hour will be transferred.

You can change the way Text Speaker pronounces arithmetic words and symbols in your document. On the Pronunciation dialog, enter the ‘-’ sign in the Word text field and put the word ‘minus’ in the Pronunciation text field. Test the pronunciation and click apply. Now, if you start reading the document it will read the minus sign. Similarly, you can adjust the pronunciation for other arithmetic symbols. Once you finish adjusting the pronunciations, just convert the document file to audio format. [image: PronunciationMain12.png]

You can schedule an automated transfer in Auto FTP Manager. The first step is to create an automated transfer profile for a PC to FTP transfer. You will need the FTP server's IP address, and the username and password. Once you have that all setup, use the test connection button to make sure the connection information is entered correctly. Next, add a schedule using the ‘Configure’ button under the ‘Schedule Transfers’ section. In your case, use a daily schedule to transfer files from the FTP server and set the schedule to repeat every hour. Once the schedule is configured, it will run at the set time, and the files will transfer automatically. You may also want to set the conflict resolution to rename the file by appending date and time if it already exists or to overwrite the existing file. [image: AFMpost5389.jpg]

Yes, My Screen Recorder Pro has several different stamp types that can be placed on the screen recording. In order to add the date and time label, go to the Effects menu and select the ‘Time and Text Annotations’ option. Select the check box for ‘Display system date and time’ under the ‘Date and Time’ section. You can then choose the date/time format to be displayed on the screen recording. Then click Edit to add text and display options. [image: Addtimestamp.jpg] It is also possible to adjust the background color, the position and the transparency for the label. Finally click on the OK button to apply the changes. Start creating the screen recordings. The date/time label will be shown on the recordings. [image: Annotations.png]
