DV-AVI files are generally very large in size. We found that Adobe Premier Pro has a problem with file size greater than 2GB. One solution is to convert your file to a different format such as (normal) AVI using a video compressor like Cinepak Codec and Uncompressed for Audio. The other option is to use Video Edit Magic, which is published by DeskShare. Video Edit Magic can handle DV-AVI file of sizes greater than 2GB.
