Selecting between the Active or Passive mode connection depends on the FTP server to which you are trying to connect. In most cases, Passive mode will work correctly. In Auto FTP Manager, while adding or editing the profile, uncheck the ‘Use Passive Mode’ option if you are not able to connect to an FTP server. Security Monitor Pro provides five options for broadcast profile. While selecting a broadcast profile make sure that your network bandwidth is greater than the bit rate you select in the profile. [image: SMPpost4926.jpg] If you are broadcasting the video from all the IP cameras then the total bandwidth used will be the sum of the bit rate used by each camera for broadcast profile. For more information on broadcast profile refer this link: https://www.deskshare.com/help/smp/select-broadcast-profile.aspx
