I would like to know if I can create multiple connection profiles to connect to the same FTP server and upload / download files from different folders on the server.

Auto FTP Manager lets you create multiple profiles to connect to the same FTP server. You can also create one connection profile and quickly make a duplicate of the original profile, then modify the folder selection.

Lets assume you have a connection profile created. If you have not created a connection profile then refer the help file to see how to create an automated transfer profile.

When you create a connection profile, it will be listed in the left side panel. Right click on the profile name and select the Duplicate Profile option. You can edit the duplicated profile and change the FTP folder location, action rules and profile name.
