      how do i change the mode to Ascii? Binary will not work for the transfer I am doing... I would like to purchase if I can get the ascii mode to go.

        Auto FTP Manager will automatically switch based on the file being transferred if you are connecting to a Unix FTP server. Transfers to Windows FTP servers are generally in all binary mode.

        You can change the transfer mode manually. Click File > Settings > Transfer Mode. Change the mode from Auto to Ascii or Binary. More details about setting the transfer mode is available here:
