FTPS and public / private key security certificates

I am trying to automate an FTPS transfer. When I test it, the FTP software requires a manual 'OK' for the FTP sites's certificate each time a transfer is initiated.

Is there a way to get the certificate "set" so that the transfer will occur automatically.

Auto FTP Manager's automated transfer will confirm the certificate each time you run it manually.

The scheduled transfers will automatically accept the certificate.
