Maximum Length of Video Recordings

I am trying to increase the length of video recordings to longer than the maximum allowed of 2000 seconds. Is there a newer version that possibly has changed the upper limit? I am on an older version of 4.13 but I really have no need to upgrade unless the length changes.

In version 5.15 of WebCam Monitor, the maximum video recording length is 3540 seconds, which is 59 minutes.
