Remote host disconnected when sending email notifications

Hi,

I can't seem to be able to sent email alerts.
Keep getting the msg:

= Connecting to mail server.
Remote host connection complete. [0, OK]
= Connected.
Remote host disconnected. [10053, [10053] Software caused connection abort]
Error: 162, Description: Disconnected [10053] Software caused connection abort

My isp is O2 Broadband UK
I have forwarded port 25 to my computer running WebCam Monitor.

I have tried HotMail, GMail, my own company mail.
They all return the same error. Also tried Send Using Outgoing Email Server. Still no help.

From your description, it seems as if your ISP is redirecting all outgoing mail connections to their own mail server. Please try using the address and login/password for O2 Broadband's mail server with WebCam Monitor.
