I just tested the trial version of WebCam Monitor, but I had problems adding cameras. I am using 1 Creative and 3 Genius Webcams with Windows XP sp2, the Creative webcam doesn't have problems, but the 3 Genius cameras (connected using a USB Hub) are installed but are "Unable to show preview".

A USB hub does not have the available bandwidth to simultaneously monitor multiple cameras. Your best bet is to plug each camera into an individual port on the computer itself, and use the hub for less bandwidth-intensive peripherals.
