Elecard MPEG2 codec

I'm trying to convert a PAL Mpeg2 file to a NTSC Mpeg2 file.

I was having a problem with my Elecard MPEG2 codec. It was playing the file incorrecting in Windows Media Player (showing the incorrect duration). It was doing the same thing in Digital Media Converter.

I unregistered the Elecard codec using its own utility, and that fixed the issue with Windows Media Player playing the file correctly.

Unfortunately the problem still occurs in Digital Media Converter.

The Elecard MPEG2 codec is not supported.

We recommend that you download the free GPL MPEG2 Decoder. You can also download this decoder from:
https://www.deskshare.com/download/mpeg2decoder.exe

You will also need to disable other MPEG decoders. You can accomplish this by going to Tools ] Settings ] Compatibility. Uncheck all MPEG decoders.
